How we work
We put our fee where our promise is.
Everyone in this market embeds senior people and talks about shipping to production. The difference is the contract. We agree the number we are moving, build the system that moves it on your own stack, and are paid only when it does.
The engagement
- 01
We watch the work
We sit inside your operation for a short, scoped period and find the one or two workflows where manual effort costs the most. Not a survey, not a workshop. We watch the work actually happen.
You get a teardown: the number, what moving it is worth, and how we would ship it.
- 02
We agree the number
Before a line of code, we write down the one number we are moving, how it is measured, what counts and what does not, and what it is worth to you. In plain language, in the contract.
A measure you already trust, not one we invent to look good.
- 03
We ship to production
We build the system on your stack and your data, and put it in front of real work early. It runs, it is monitored, and it is built to keep running without us standing over it.
A working system in production, not a pilot and not a deck.
- 04
We are paid on the result
We invoice against the number moving, on the terms we agreed up front. If it does not move, you do not get a bill. Either way, the system is yours to keep.
Our fee is at risk against your outcome. That is the alignment.
What is different
Three things every competitor finds hard to copy.
-
The builders are in the room
The people who design the system are the people who build it. No junior bench learning on your problem, no layer of account managers between you and the work.
-
You keep what we ship
It runs on your own stack and data, model-neutral, with nothing proprietary you cannot leave. When we are done you own the system outright. There is nothing to keep renting and nothing that goes dark when the invoice stops.
-
We carry the risk
We are paid when the agreed number moves. Not by the seat, not by the hour, not for a slide deck. The risk of delivering it sits with us, which is exactly why we only take on work we believe we can ship.
How the outcome is defined
Outcome pricing only works if the outcome is honest.
The risk in paying for results is a number quietly rigged to be easy. So we make the definition transparent before we start, and we write it down together:
- The measure An existing number you already track and trust, not a new one invented for the engagement.
- The baseline Where it sits today, measured honestly before we touch it.
- What counts Exactly which movement we are paid on, and what does not count, agreed up front.
- The check How and when it is measured, from your own systems, so the result is not ours to mark.
Send us one workflow your team does by hand every week. We will send back what moving it is worth and how we would ship it.
